Abstract
To reduce the complexity and insecurity of the traditional safety inspection methods of coal preparation plants in the coal industry, an intelligent inspection system of coal preparation plants using dynamic two-dimensional code technology is proposed. The system solution applies dynamic two-dimensional code technology to realize the regular update of the two-dimensional code on the display end of each board. The system server can visually formulate inspection tasks and query inspection records. The system uses cloud development technology to enable users to identify dynamic QR codes through mini programs on mobile Apps, so as to obtain QR code information. Thus, users can fill in the inspection information in the WeChat mini program and upload the inspection information to the server. By comparing with the local QR code to send information, the location positioning of user inspection is realized. Positioning via QR codes is more accurate than traditional GPS positioning. And the use of dynamic QR codes improves system security compared to traditional static QR codes. The system is safe and simple to operate, which can effectively improve the inspection efficiency and reduce the workload.
