Zusammenfassung
Die Segmentierung tubulärer Strukturen ist für vielerart Anwendungen essentiell (Operationsplanung, Navigation, Simulation etc.). Die zugrunde liegenden Originaldaten bilden die Strukturen in unterschiedlicher Qualität ab. Am Beispiel der Segmentierung des Tracheobronchialbaums bilden CT-Aufnahmen mit hinreichend guter Auflösung die feinen Strukturen der Segmentbronchien mit hinreichender Auflösung ab. Jedoch scheitern die gängigen Segmentierungsverfahren an der feinen Wanddicke der Bronchien. In MRT-Bilddaten wird bisher lediglich die zentrale Struktur des Bronchialbaums abgebildet. Aber auch hier versagen die herkömmlichen Segmentierungsansätze. Dieser Beitrag stellt einen neuartigen Ansatz für die Segmentierung tubulärer Strukturen vor. Der Ansatz sieht eine Modell-zu-Bild-Registrierung vor und soll insbesondere in verrauschten oder unkenntlichen Bilddaten seinen Einsatz finden.
