Zusammenfassung
Die Anwendbarkeit der Random-Walker-Segmentierung (RWS) in der Strahlentherapieplaunung wird untersucht. Hierzu wurde die RWS in ein Bestrahlungsplanungssystem integriert. Nach einem standardisierten Verfahren wurden die Ergebnisse der RWS mit der Segmentierung eines Strahlentherapeuten verglichen. Für die quantitative Analyse wurde die Segmentierung für die Blase durchgeführt. Das Ergebnis wird bezüglich des mittleren Abstandes der Konturen und eines überdeckungsmaßes verglichen.
