Abstract
Essential-qualities-oriented education is a long-term strategy for personnel training. Laboratories in the university are important bases for the implementation of quality education, as well as training students the spirit of innovation, creativity and practical ability. In this research, we focus on how to equip students with technical knowledge and technical capacity in the electric and electronic practice teaching, how to effectively combine the practice teaching and essential-qualities-oriented education, and how to comprehensively evaluate students.
