Abstract

To explore effectiveness on the progressive relaxation training assisted cognitive therapy about treating college students’ insomnia, this article carry out 3 months treatment to college students. Measuring four times, before treatment, treating a month, treating 3 months and 1 month after treatment, we apply the PSQI questionnaire to measure college students sleep quality. After the treatment, 121 college students sleep quality improved significantly. Treatment outcome: progressive relaxation training assisted cognitive therapy is an effective method to treat college students’ insomnia.
