Zusammenfassung
Der vorliegende Aufsatz versucht eine Übersicht über neuere Literatur zu geben, die den Einfluss von elektrischen Feldern auf wolkenphysikalische Vorgänge behandelt. Die Resultate der bisherigen Arbeiten können folgendermassen zusammengefasst werden:
Theoretische und experimentalle Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass das Wachstum von Wolkenelementen in der Gegenwart von elektrischen Feldern beschleunigt wird und dass der Vereisungsprozess in unterkühlten Wassertropfen wohl durch elektrische Felder eingeleitet werden kann, jedoch nur unter Bedingungen, die kaum in atmosphärischen Wolken anzutreffen sind.
Der Aufsatz weist darauf hin, dass die Kenntnisse über den Einfluss von elektrischen Feldern auf wolkenphysikalische Vorgänge noch relativ klein und ungesichert sind und weiter ausgebaut werden sollten.
