Abstract
In order to develop high quality software products, it is important to continuously improve the software process. This paper discusses the process improvement activities by process monitoring and design quality and test quality evaluated by the Quality Assurance Division. Furthermore, the paper analyzes these activity results quantitatively, and discusses the effect of these activities. Process monitoring activities review project management, observe the detection and solution of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) related problems, and improve the management process to lead a project to success. Evaluation activities of design quality and test quality quantify the completeness of requirement specifications, design specifications, and test cases, and improve the software development process to eliminate software faults.
