Abstract
A multi-ocular stereo vision measurement system was developed to monitor the shape of the suture passing through the rat’s skin in real-time. This dataset includes our source code and a part of photos and videos. Our test data is also included.
Instructions:
The photos and videos contain a small part of our source data , and the source code file contains the code for running the program on VS2019, with the main dependency library OpenCV 3.4.14, which requires hardware access. txt contains our main data, including the coordinates of the color makers in each image and the world coordinates obtained after the final calculation.
