1. How to Find and Communicate With Colleagues
Drexel Faculty & Staff Contact Directory: The information in this directory is fed from Banner. To update your information, please email hris@drexel.edu.
Org Chart Software: Searchable org charts and reporting structures to help you navigate Drexel departments.
Drexel Identity Guidelines: Covers use of logos, website designs, stationery, etc.
Microsoft Office 365: Explore the cloud-based tools for sharing information and collaborating with your colleagues.
- Drexel HR offers a Microsoft Office 365 Certificate program with hands-on sessions designed to help you master the available collaboration and communication tools.
- Collaboration and communication tools include:
- OneDrive: Drexel's only approved solution for security- and privacy-validated cloud storage, file creation, and file sharing. In Drexel OneDrive, faculty and professional staff can store, sync, and share any type of file with colleagues, or even with students through their courses. Each user account provides a total of 5 TB of storage space.
- Outlook Groups: shared inbox, shared calendar, SharePoint site.
- Microsoft Teams: The Microsoft Teams application provides a unified communication hub where users can message via text, audio, and/or video with anyone else at the University. Users can also share files, group chat, and share computer screens during real-time sessions.
Web Conferencing Tools: Drexel IT walks you through the best ways to use Collaborate Ultra, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Faculty Senate: The duly elected body of representatives of the faculty of Drexel University.
ListServ: Lists for mass email, managed in ListServ by IT, are one of the primary means of communication with students, faculty, and professional staff at Drexel. Through ListServ, a message can be sent to thousands of email addresses by addressing said message to only one list address. Visit the IT website for detailed instructions pertaining to ListServes.

DrexelOne: The DrexelOne Portal is a one-stop shop for accessing personal, academic, financial and career information. Sign in with your Drexel username and password.

Drexel University FactBook: Official record of data and stats about the University, maintained by the Office of Institutional Research
Strategic Plan: Explore the most recent strategic plans, campus master plan, and ongoing planning efforts.
Campus Construction Projects: You can also subscribe to email updates about construction projects and facilities notices by sending an email to listserv@lists.drexel.edu with "subscribe facilities-notices-L" in the body.

- Drexel Guardian is a mobile app you can also use to contact the Drexel Public Safety Communications Center in the event of an emergency.
DrexelALERT: Emergency notification system that provides fast dissemination of critical information to students, faculty and professional staff
- Make sure your contact information in DrexelOne is up to date to ensure you receive alerts.
Drexel Compliance Hotline: Allegations of suspected improper conduct should be reported to the Drexel Compliance Hotline in accordance with the procedures established under the University’s Reporting Allegations Policy.
