Kreševo is a mountainous town, located in a narrow valley of the [[Kreševka river]], under the slopes of Mount Bitovnje. An old [[Franciscan monastery Saint Catharine, Kreševo|Franciscan monastery of St. Catharine]] is located in the town's outskirts.
