심들다 (simdeulda) (infinitive 심들어, sequential 심드니)

  1. Dialectal, Gyeongsang, Jeolla dialect, Chungcheong, Seoul, Hamgyong, and Gangwon form of 힘들다 (himdeulda, to be difficult, tired).
    우리 오늘 많이 걸었으니까는 진짜 심들구 죽갔다. (Gyeonggi, Incheon)
    Uri-ga oneul neom mani georeosseunikkaneun jinjja simdeulgu jukgatda.
    Since we've walked so much today I feel really tired and like I'm going to die.

As a common dialectal form found in speakers across the Korean peninsula, it often replaces 힘들다 (himdeulda) in dialects where this form is used.
