Karlov is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.03 square kilometres (1.17 sq mi), and has a population of 76 (as at 28 August 2006).
Karlov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Žďár nad Sázavou, 37 km (23 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 118 km (73 mi) south-east of Prague.
