Kozlov is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Kozlov lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 36 km (22 mi) east of Jihlava, and 143 km (89 mi) south-east of Prague.
