Complaints

There is a web page of complaints about this company inappropriately dialling individuals at all hours of the day and night. The complaints logged against their dialling practices emanating from 801-426-5342 in Provo Utah extend all the way back to Dec.13 2010. Many complaints speculate this is a telephone scam. While others believe a defunct autodialer may be at fault. It is hoped that this entry will alert the company about this problem, and resolve the issue.

History

Localeze was created in 2005 to help businesses ensure that they have accurate name, address and phone number data available on search engines, Internet Yellow Pages and vertical directories. Today, those business listings are also included in personal navigation devices,[5] mobile apps and on social networks.[6]

Product Description

As a local search business listings provider, Localeze collects and distributes business listings that can be verified by businesses themselves. Its business listings are used by search, social and mobile companies[7] in the domain of Local Search and location-based services. Such partners include Yahoo!, Bing, Google, Yellowpages, TomTom, Siri (acquired by Apple), Twitter and Facebook.[8]
