Modern Roman cuisine

An editor keeps removing the word "modern" in "Coda alla vaccinara is a modern Roman oxtail stew", saying that it has existed for hundreds of years. Fine, but what would be better wording to clarify that we're not talking about ancient Roman cuisine? --Macrakis (talk) 20:36, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
