Block evasion report

Hi. Thanks for your recent report of the block evading IP. They have recently been ranged blocked by User:Ahecht Special:Contributions/5.187.0.0/21 for 3 years. I have only blocked the new IP for 1 month, simply because I don't know if they have sole control of the IP. If they are going to keep hopping around, then page protection might be necessary. I will try to keep an eye on the pages, but please do feel free to contact me (or AIV of course) if the problem continues.
