E12 is a European road route from Norway's Atlantic coast in the north-west to the Gulf of Finland in the south-east. It can also refer to a a walking route.

European road route

Through Norway and Sweden, from Mo i Rana to Umeå, and across Kvarken of the Gulf of Bothnia, the E12 follows the Blue Highway. In Finland, from Vaasa to Helsinki, it follows national road 3, while the Blue Highway continues eastward.

European walking route

The E12 European long distance path, the Mediterranean Sea trail, is one of the twelve European long-distance paths. It passes through Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, visiting also some Mediterranean islands.
