Pola de Lena (Asturian: La Pola) is a village in Asturias, Spain. It has 7,000 inhabitants (2023) and lies on the Camino del Salvador of the Way of St. James.

Pola de Lena is about about 25 km south of Oviedo: take a CTA bus from the ALSA bus station for €3.75 (Nov 2024) or a train for €3.80 (Nov 2024).

From León take an ALSA bus or the train.

From the Asturias airport take a non-stop ALSA bus to Oviedo and then an CTA bus to Pola de Lena.
