YOFC implements CSR throughout the whole process of supplier management. It helps suppliers get a picture of YOFC's expectations and improves supplier management by means of the code of conduct signed with suppliers, questionnaire survey, field survey and audit and performance assessment, and reward and punishment mechanism among suppliers etc,. We aim to establish a harmonious, win-win and sustainable supplier relationship, in which suppliers can benefit from YOFC’s rapid business growth.
We integrate resources and cherry-pick the best suppliers. We seek to cooperate with the right suppliers who can develop with on the basis of market dynamics and supplier risk. Rigorous qualification investigation, CSR assessment and inspection, systematic certification of new materials, and on-site communication and audit are carried out to ensure that new suppliers are introduced effectively.
We are committed to collaborative development and mutual improvement. Working towards the goal of continuous improvement and mutual benefits, we take measures like preventive or supervisory audits, training programs, capability improvement, technical exchanges, and collaborative R&D to help suppliers improve management and control and optimize supply capability, so as to drive cooperation relationship to a deeper level, and ensure suppliers' compliance with the code of conduct while stabilizing and continuously improving delivery performance.
Dynamic assessment is conducted to select high-quality suppliers and eliminate unqualified suppliers. We assess suppliers' performance in quality, delivery, cost, service and CSR, and channel more resources to excellent suppliers such as the amount of purchase and payment term. We also encourages supplier with less satisfactory performance to improve by providing them with guidance. YOFC may suspend or terminate cooperation with suppliers who are out of step with the development of YOFC. In this way, we optimize sources of supply.
