Las
palabras en inglés se tienen sílabas abiertas y cerradas. (La separación silábica
de una palabra en inglés la podemos encontrar en el diccionario).
PI: Es una sílaba abierta porque termina en vocal, por lo tanto la “a”
adquiere su sonido abierto o, es decir (ai).
LOT: Es una sílaba cerrada porque termina en consonante, entonces la “o”
toma el sonido cerrado, es decir (o)
Las terminaciones ble , cle, dle, fle, gle, kle, ple, tle; al no tener sonido la vocal
e al final, éstas se matizan por “l” (bol, col, dol, fol, gol, kol, pol, tol)
