REGLAMENTO PARA EL USUARIO
TODAS LAS PERSONAS QUE SE HOSPEDEN EN LA HABITACIÓN, DURANTE SU ESTADÍA,
ESTARÁN SUJETAS A ESTE REGLAMENTO, EL QUE SE CONSIDERA UN CONTRATO DE
ADHESIÓN QUE SE DEBE CUMPLIR. CASO CONTRARIO, LA ADMINISTRACIÓN SE RESERVA EL
DERECHO DE ADMISIÓN Y PERMANENCIA.

ALL PEOPLE STAYING IN THE ROOM, DURING THEIR STAY, WILL BE SUBJECT TO THESE
REGULATIONS, WHICH IS CONSIDERED A CONTRACT OF ADHESION THAT MUST BE
FULFILLED. OTHERWISE, THE ADMINISTRATION RESERVES THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND
PERMANENCE.
1. Present your identification document at the reception for the corresponding registration.
(Indispensable requirement).
2. Payment for the room is made in advance.
3. The office hours are from 8:00 am to 1:00 am, after this time the admissions to the lodging will be
closed.
4. The rooms expire at 12:00 noon, after that time we will have the right to make an extra charge
according to the current rate.
5. Guests are strictly prohibited from disturbing the order, making noises or scandals for any type of
situation in the rooms, corridors or with other guests.
6. It is the obligation of the guest to keep their conversations in a moderate tone so as not to disturb the
rest of the other guests.
7. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables, documents, jewelry and/or money that are not in
your custody.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. No user has the right to give accommodation to another person without the prior consent of the
administration. Just making the corresponding arrangements for your registration and fee. The
lodging reserves the right of admission for visits received in your room.
10. Misuse or damage caused to the facilities will be charged to the guest's account.
11. At the end of your stay, go to the administration to return the keys to your room and verify that
everything is complete, in case of loss an additional charge will be made.
12. In case of missing any object belonging to the room, it will be charged.
13. Any questions about maintenance and facilities can be directed to reception for a prompt solution.
