    Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: A Short Play for 10-Year-Olds

    Scene 1: The Magic Mirror
    Narrator: Once upon a time, in a faraway kingdom, there lived a beautiful princess
    named Snow White. Her stepmother, the Evil Queen, was very jealous of her beauty.
    Evil Queen: (standing before the mirror) Magic Mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one
    of all?
    Magic Mirror: You, my queen, are fair; it is true. But Snow White is even fairer than you.
    Evil Queen: (angrily) Snow White must be stopped!
    Scene 2: The Huntsman
    Narrator: The Evil Queen called a Huntsman to get rid of Snow White.
    Evil Queen: (to the Huntsman) Take Snow White into the forest and make sure she
    never returns.
    Huntsman: (sadly) Yes, Your Majesty.
    Narrator: The Huntsman took Snow White into the forest, but he couldn’t harm her.
    Huntsman: (to Snow White) Run away, dear princess. The Queen wants to harm you.
    Find a safe place to hide.
    Snow White: (tearfully) Thank you, kind Huntsman. I will run and hide.
    Scene 3: The Dwarfs' Cottage
    Narrator: Snow White ran deep into the forest and found a small cottage.
    Snow White: (entering the cottage) Oh, what a cute little house! I wonder who lives
    here.
    Narrator: Snow White was very tired, so she lay down on one of the beds and fell
    asleep.
    Narrator: Soon, the seven dwarfs who lived in the cottage returned home.
    Doc: (surprised) Someone’s been sitting in my chair!
    Grumpy: Someone’s been eating from my plate!
    Happy: Someone’s been sleeping in my bed!
    Narrator: The dwarfs found Snow White asleep.
    Sleepy: Who is she?
    Bashful: She’s beautiful!
    Snow White: (waking up) Oh, hello! My name is Snow White. Who are you?
    Doc: We are the seven dwarfs. I’m Doc, and these are Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Bashful,
    Sneezy, and Dopey.
    Snow White: Pleased to meet you all. Can I stay here with you?
    Happy: Of course! Stay with us.
    Scene 4: The Evil Queen's Plan
    Narrator: Meanwhile, the Evil Queen discovered that Snow White was still alive.
    Evil Queen: (angrily) Magic Mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?
    Magic Mirror: Snow White, who dwells with the seven dwarfs, is still the fairest in the
    land.
    Evil Queen: (furiously) I will disguise myself and get rid of her myself!
    Scene 5: The Poisoned Apple
    Narrator: The Evil Queen disguised herself as an old woman and went to the dwarfs'
    cottage.
    Evil Queen: (disguised, knocking on the door) Apples for sale! Delicious apples!
    Snow White: (opening the door) Oh, how lovely! I would like one, please.
    Evil Queen: (handing her an apple) Take this beautiful red one, dearie.
    Narrator: Snow White took a bite of the apple and fell to the ground.
    Evil Queen: (cackling) Now I am the fairest in the land!
    Scene 6: The Prince's Kiss
    Narrator: When the dwarfs returned home, they found Snow White lying on the
    ground.
    Doc: Oh no, she’s been poisoned!
    Grumpy: What can we do?
    Narrator: Just then, a Prince who had heard of Snow White’s beauty arrived.
    Prince: (kneeling beside Snow White) She is so beautiful. I must kiss her and see if she
    will wake.
    Narrator: The Prince kissed Snow White, and she woke up.
    Snow White: (opening her eyes) Where am I?
    Prince: You are safe now, my princess. I love you. Will you come with me to my castle?
    Snow White: (smiling) Yes, my prince.
    Narrator: And so, Snow White and the Prince rode off to his castle, where they lived
    happily ever after.
    All: The end.

    Narrador: Érase una vez, en un reino lejano, vivía una bella princesa llamada Blancanieves. Su madrastra,
    la Reina Malvada, estaba muy celosa de su belleza.
    Reina Malvada: (de pie frente al espejo) Espejo Mágico en la pared, ¿quién es la más bella de todas?
    Espejo Mágico: Tú, mi reina, eres justa; es verdad. Pero Blancanieves es incluso más bella que tú.
    Reina Malvada: (enojada) ¡Hay que detener a Blancanieves!
    Escena 2: El cazador
    Narrador: La Reina Malvada llamó a un Cazador para deshacerse de Blancanieves.
    Reina Malvada: (al Cazador) Lleva a Blancanieves al bosque y asegúrate de que nunca regrese.
    Huntsman: (tristemente) Sí, Su Majestad.
    Narrador: El Cazador llevó a Blancanieves al bosque, pero no pudo hacerle daño.
    Cazador: (a Blancanieves) Huye, querida princesa. La Reina quiere hacerte daño. Encuentra un lugar
    seguro para esconderte.
    Blancanieves: (entre lágrimas) Gracias, amable Huntsman. Correré y me esconderé.
    Escena 3: La cabaña de los enanos
    Narrador: Blancanieves se adentró en el bosque y encontró una pequeña cabaña.
    Blancanieves: (entrando a la cabaña) ¡Ay, qué casita más linda! Me pregunto quién vive aquí.
    Narrador: Blancanieves estaba muy cansada, así que se acostó en una de las camas y se quedó dormida.
    Narrador: Pronto, los siete enanitos que vivían en la cabaña regresaron a casa.
    Doc: (sorprendido) ¡Alguien ha estado sentado en mi silla!
    Gruñón: ¡Alguien ha estado comiendo de mi plato!
    Happy: ¡Alguien ha estado durmiendo en mi cama!
    Narrador: Los enanos encontraron a Blancanieves dormida.
    Dormilón: ¿Quién es ella?
    Tímido: ¡Es hermosa!
    Blancanieves: (despertando) ¡Oh, hola! Mi nombre es Blancanieves. ¿Quién eres?
    Doc: Somos los siete enanitos. Soy Doc, y estos son Gruñón, Feliz, Dormilón, Tímido, Estornudo y Tonto.
    Blancanieves: Encantado de conocerlos a todos. ¿Puedo quedarme aquí contigo?
    Feliz: ¡Por supuesto! Quédate con nosotros.
    Escena 4: El plan de la reina malvada
    Narrador: Mientras tanto, la Reina Malvada descubrió que Blancanieves todavía estaba viva.
    Reina Malvada: (enojada) Espejo Mágico en la pared, ¿quién es la más bella de todas?
    Espejo Mágico: Blancanieves, que habita con los siete enanitos, sigue siendo la más bella del país.
    Reina Malvada: (furiosa) ¡Me disfrazaré y me deshaceré de ella yo mismo!
    Escena 5: La manzana envenenada

    Narrador: La Reina Malvada se disfrazó de anciana y fue a la cabaña de los enanos.

    Reina Malvada: (disfrazada, tocando la puerta) ¡Manzanas a la venta! ¡Manzanas deliciosas!

    Blancanieves: (abriendo la puerta) ¡Ay, qué lindo! Quisiera uno por favor.

    Reina Malvada: (entregándole una manzana) Toma esta hermosa roja, querida.

    Narrador: Blancanieves le dio un mordisco a la manzana y cayó al suelo.

    Reina Malvada: (riendo) ¡Ahora soy la más bella del país!

    Escena 6: El beso del príncipe

    Narrador: Cuando los enanos regresaron a casa, encontraron a Blancanieves tirada en el suelo.

    Doc: ¡Oh, no, la han envenenado!

    Gruñón: ¿Qué podemos hacer?

    Narrador: En ese momento llegó un Príncipe que había oído hablar de la belleza de Blancanieves.

    Príncipe: (arrodillado junto a Blancanieves) Ella es tan hermosa. Debo besarla y ver si se despierta.

    Narrador: El Príncipe besó a Blancanieves y ella despertó.

    Blancanieves: (abriendo los ojos) ¿Dónde estoy?

    Príncipe: Ahora estás a salvo, mi princesa. Te amo. ¿Vienes conmigo a mi castillo?

    Blancanieves: (sonriendo) Sí, mi príncipe.

    Narrador: Y así, Blancanieves y el Príncipe cabalgaron hacia su castillo, donde vivieron felices para
    siempre.

    Todos: El fin.
