1. I Tried It A First Hand Look at What Works and What Doesn t in Social

My goal with this series is to give other small businesses and startups a first-hand look at what works (and what doesnt) in social media marketing. Ill be trying out different strategies and reporting back on my results. Hopefully, this series will save other businesses time and money as they navigate the social media landscape.

So far, Ive tried out a few different strategies, including:

3. Offering exclusive deals and discounts

Creating shareable content has been one of the most effective strategies Ive tried so far. By creating content that is interesting and valuable, Ive been able to get my business in front of new audiences and build relationships with potential customers.

Hosting a Twitter chat has also been a great way to connect with potential customers and build relationships with influencers in my industry. By asking questions and starting conversations, Ive been able to position my business as a thought leader in my industry.

Offering exclusive deals and discounts is another great way to attract new customers and followers. By offering a discount or freebie, Ive been able to entice people to check out my business who might not have otherwise.

Participating in online communities is another great way to get your business in front of new people. By finding and participating in online communities related to your industry, you can build relationships with potential customers and get your business in front of new people.

Collaborating with influencers is another effective social media strategy. By working with influencers, you can tap into their audience and get your business in front of new people.

Advertising on social media is another great way to reach new people and promote your business. By targeting your ads specifically to your ideal customer, you can ensure that you're reaching the right people with your message.

Measuring your results is essential to understanding which social media strategies are working for your business and which ones arent. By tracking your results, you can make adjustments to your strategy and ensure that you're getting the most out of your social media marketing efforts.
