We Are the People on alankomaalaisen DJ-tuottajan Martin Garrixin musiikkikappale, jolla vierailevat myös irlantilaisyhtyeen U2 jäsenet Bono ja The Edge.[2] Sen julkaisi STMPD RCRDS digitaalisesti ladattavana singlenä 14. toukokuuta 2021.[1] "We Are the People" toimi vuoden 2020 jalkapallon maailmanmestaruuskilpailujen virallisena tunnuskappaleena.[1] Kappaleen ovat sanoittaneet Garrix, The Edge, Bono, Simon Carmody, Giorgio Tuinfort, Albin Nedler ja Kristoffer Fogelmark, joista Garrix myös tuotti sen.[3] Kappaleen musiikkivideon ohjasi Olle Knutson ja se julkaistiin singlen julkaisupäivänä.[4] Video kuvattiin Lontoossa.[5]
"We Are the People" oli kaupallisesti kohtalainen menestys, sen päästyä singlelistan kymmenen parhaan joukkoon Belgiassa[6][7] ja Unkarissa[8] sekä kahdenkymmenen parhaan joukkoon Alankomaissa,[9] El Salvadorissa,[10] Saksassa[11] ja Sveitsissä.[12] Kappale on myynyt julkaisunsa jälkeen platinaa Italiassa.[13]
Kappaleen kaikki esittäjät esittivät sen livenä vuoden 2020 jalkapallon maailmanmestaruuskilpailujen avajaisseremoniassa kesäkuussa 2021.[14]
