Aura Plan
Aura Montenegro presents a unique project of capital importance for the development of
contemporary Montenegrin architecture, elite tourism and hotel industry. The project was
formed after several years of research of its architectural imagery and visualization, as
well as exploring the quality of the location whose development was also extremely
important vis--vis overcoming the restrictions of the existing transport infrastructure
and other spatial limitations.

The set FAR, within the given planning conditions, provides for erecting a tower as the
primary and dominating 15-story unit (enabling building additional floor units
within the given gross floor surface, should the project require as part of the investors
business plan terms and conditions). It should be stressed that the existing urban
planning conditions create space for not only hotel and business facilities but also a
museum facility housing a library, teleconferences studio, archive, gallery, auditorium
or even an art museum as a unit per se. Such business, academic and artistic content
coupled with sustainable, environmentally friendly elements, can significantly enrich
and define the entire perspective of this exclusive, unique and multifunctional space.

Besides the tower, the planning conditions also allow for constructing a passage
of 16m in width, accommodating additional business and commercial points and
contributing to the overall visual effect of this unique observatory. The passage
enables the tower and gallery customers an uninterrupted communication with
the seafront itself as well as the dynamic open area accommodating exclusive
restaurant facilities a relaxing and blending zone of users from both the outer
hospitality area and the especially luxurious interior and underground space.

The gallery provides the objects rising up from the openings in the ground area of the
street, insulation and light, both natural and artificial ( in the context of the effect
produced by the transparent floor surfaces and cascades of the dynamic calottes)
within the setting of luxurious business or commercial area which connects the
parking area with the gallery at the street level. The accented green areas, blending
harmoniously with the carefully chosen green architectural designs, make the outer
space of the gallery a distinctive oasis with a myriad of possibilities for landscape
design. The landscape itself corresponds naturally to the unique forms of exclusive
garden furniture, fountains and pools, located in the upper level of the gallery
(which do not include its surface above the road, i.e. the road overpass itself).

Such and similar structures show how much the correct visualization of biomorphic
forms is an important element of the development of the Montenegrin Coast in the
context of better study of forms and colours used for centuries by the natural coastal
scenery itself. The presented raster image of structural and artistic elements applied in
this project, demonstrate a clear relationship between these and similar forms and
manifestations given within the study of the outer architectural space.

A comparative analysis of this and similar examples reveals that the application of
symbols of natural geometry based on biomimetic principles, is equally important for
both of the inner and outer aesthetic visualization, even when it comes to fitting huge
structures into an open setting. It is important to say that the Aura Montenegro project
is a unique project of sustainable architecture in terms of applying state-of-the-art
systems and standards of environmental planning. The project will encompass all
European standards of inclusive design as well as audio design applicable both to the
elements of the unique garden furniture and the language of architecture as a whole.
