PolyPhen predictions for SNPs in coding exons are added to SNP info displayed in a base-pair alignment window. Details.

mVista and rVista servers have been upgraded to provide dynamic visualization, faster processing times, and a choice of alignment programs -- you can now choose from AVID, LAGAN, or Shuffle-LAGAN. Also note the new URL for our server, http://genome.lbl.gov/vista

Whole-genome alignments of new groups of organisms are available. In addition to the three-way alignment of human/mouse/rat and the pairwise alignment of D.melanogaster/D.pseudoobscura you can now access the pairwise alignments of C.elegans/ C.briggsae and Arabidopsis/Rice through our VISTA Browser.
