A market research was performed to identified all factors and strategies needed to introduce this traditional product with a new premium concept, traditional sweets made in optimal conditions of quality and preserving its artisanal flavor. The research findings show that consumers are willing to purchase this product. Market factors environment are favorable for the creation of new enterprises that promote the change of the production matrix. The industry of snacks, confectioneries and sweets in general is constantly growing and is not affected by trends in changes in eating habits. Based on these factors a marketing and an operational plan was developed to give support for the value proposition focused on the availability and quality of the product. The financial analysis shows positive and attractive results to the investor confirming the viability of the proposal.
