The first factor (A) is usually called the vertical factor and the second factor (B) is the horizontal factor.
This design is used in situations where vertical and horizontal interaction is more accurately measured than the main factors.
This test is summarized the way in finding several significant differences with increasing values which, depending on the extent of the distance between the treatment means after arranged or organized.
This test also called protected least significant difference, because the Fisher (author) does not recommend using the test unless the F-cal for treatments is significant.
LSD is original T-test which is used to compare differences between two means.
Orthogonal comparison test is used in experiments that have three or more treatments and the researcher wishes to implement specific comparisons prior experimentation and wants to be tested in the variance analysis.
