Optional localhost KoboldAI Lite launch before model loading

What if koboldcpp would let user do a manual setup etc. on that frontend even before the model is ready, by starting it beforehand, saving more time for them and giving the feeling of faster loading speed while doing so?

Maybe the KoboldAI Lite would have an initial model ready check with a little visual indicator and "Generate more" + others similar buttons locked from use until it's fully loaded, for the sake of user-friendliness :)
