I saw a lot of versions: 2010,2012, ...

Is it convenient to provide a link that can be downloaded directly?

The ImageNet data for the classification and localization tasks is remain unchanged from [ILSVRC 2012]. So any version later than 2012 will be fine. This subset is available on kaggle. https://www.kaggle.com/c/imagenet-object-localization-challenge/overview/description
