white border on all images

Hello,

after masking my object with "Others" and everything outside as "not in roi" I get a white pixel border in the colored file. Please have a look at the attachement.

I have the same issue. There is a border of one-pixel width in the color_mask and watershed_mask images. I have the latests version of the PixelAnnotationTool.


Any idea how to solve this?

Is this fixed in the new release?
I'm also having this issue. It would be nice to know how the white pixels are put there: do they cover the generated mask? Or is the content shrank to fit the smaller image with size width-2px:height-2px ?
