Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

I would love if the AzureBlobStorage destination connector could save files in Parquet format. This would allow us to pass metadata about field data types to the destination.

Describe the solution you’d like

Support for the Parquet file format in the AzureBlobStorage destination.

Describe the alternative you’ve considered or used

CSV or JSON.

Additional context

None
