Autogenerated form email field improvement

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The currently autogenerated form has no required attribute set for the email field. Also its type is set to "text" rather then "email"

Describe the solution you'd like

<p><input type="email" name="email" placeholder="E-Mail" required="true" /></p>

Some other ideas would be:

• Add a character limit to those fields (maybe depending on the database limit)
• Add a for and id to the label/input -> also for the public list site
• Make buttons optional and hidden (if you only have one list this makes sense)
