[Feature Request] Command line option for generating LLVM IR files

Review Mojo's priorities

• I have read the roadmap and priorities and I believe this request falls within the priorities.

What is your request?

A compiler option to emit LLVM IR (--emmit-llvm, or another name). This allows you to customize the linking of object files into binaries, etc.

What is your motivation for this change?

Create a tiny operating system in Mojo as described here.
