Prompt the changing of the working directory #2

Instead of warning about the current directory, actively attempt to fix it.

Something like:

Cabinets should be built in sessions with the working directory 
set to the home directory. 

The home directory is ...

<insert directory found at path.expand('~')> 

Enter one of the following: 
[1] Switch directories to home directory
[2] Continue anyway
[3] Abort
