Watch only accounts are not hidden on mobile after sync with Desktop

Currently watch accounts feature is hidden on mobile (user cannot add such accounts). At the same time the feature is enabled on Desktop and in case of Mobile-Desktop sync such accounts are not hidden on Mobile. This is not correct and we should hide those accounts until we re-enable the feature on Mobile.

Steps:

1. Login Desktop account which has watch only accounts added
2. Sync Mobile device with Desktop
3. See if watch accounts were synced and displayed on Mobile

Expected result: we should not display watch only accounts on Mobile

Actual result: synced watch accounts are displayed on Mobile
