Generate Mnemonic on keycard instead of status-go #21969

Currently Mnemonic is generated on status-go for keycard profiles, but should be generated on the keycard, generateMnemonic should be used https://github.com/keycard-tech/react-native-status-keycard/blob/master/android/src/main/java/im/status/ethereum/keycard/RNStatusKeycardModule.java#L134

Because we need card initialized to use generateMnemonic method, flow needs to be changed , backup mnemonic should be after pin creation
