Improve the way SQLite works

Should do something more like:

$ sqlite3 -cmd 'select 123; select 456'
123
456
SQLite version 3.36.0 2021-06-18 18:36:39
Enter ".help" for usage hints.
sqlite>

It looks like the command-line option would be:

sqlite -init program

which could be modified to automatically quit with:

echo ".quit" | sqlite -init program

However neither seems to work inside runno. Not sure if it's failure to parse args or binary not supporting this mode.
