Bug: Nil division when estimated_number_of_batches is not set

Overview

Depending on the type of migration sampled, total_tuple_count and max_batch_size fields could be nil in the artifacts. An error happens when these fields are nil.

Desired outcome

Job should succeed when total_tuple_count or max_batch_size are nil

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
