Parameshwari (2011) has implemented a morphological analyser and generator for Tamil using a rule-based approach, which covers verbs, nouns, adjectives, pronouns, numerals and non-standard Tamil words with the use of the Apertium tool. The author claims that the system shows an accuracy of 84%.
