The competence boundary did exist for AI video generation. The term boundary meant two aspects: possibilities and limitations. The information fluency could play a key role in rich media generation from users' perception perspective both explicitly and implicitly.
This article tries to use an empirical method to find out if AI can support video generation for the time being with an institutional viewpoint.
