The CMR requires roles for various number of users such as the Course Leader, Course Moderator, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Director of Learning and Quality. Each user has specific functions in the system to carry out in order to the course monitoring report to be approved. A Course Leader enters details in to the CMR form for a certain course. The CMR Report has to be created for every academic year. Once the CMR is created, the system sends the Course Moderator the report for approval. Once the CMR Report is approved by the Course Moderator the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Director of Learning and Quality can view the report. The Director of Learning and Quality can comment a report. The system contains an Administrator who can access and view the overall system. The system contains a guest account which displays reports.

Hence the results will be calculated and the scores will be automatically generated and displayed to the board. The ultimate goal of the project is to save resources being wasted by the college and save time in assessing the lecturers, hence generating accurate results.
