Grid-SAFE

Grid-SAFE was developing a software framework to support accounting, reporting and usage monitoring, and resource management on advanced computing facilities.

This comprises a number of modularised components which can be assembled to provide end-to-end applications for monitoring resource use on Grid-based HPC systems.

Grid-SAFE is applicable to both Grid and non Grid operating environments. The team at EPCC are actively working with the adopters of Grid-SAFE to deploy it in a range of different environments. It is still actively maintained as part of the HECToR National HPC Service.
