This paper is an attempt to prepare a road map and model guidelines for taking HR function to its desired role of integrating with the strategies of the organisation and for this purpose the authors examines the strategic human resource management practices in the telecom industry of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Future research, clarity of vision, support system and support from stakeholders through informat... more Future research, clarity of vision, support system and support from stakeholders through information and knowledge exchange leads to innovations. Innovations help entrepreneurs in their success and survival. This paper looks at the current status of innovation systems in two industries of Western India. The basic research framework for study is Cyclic Innovation Model (CIM). The qualitative research methods have been used and two industries from Western India have been studied and compared. The findings reflect that entrepreneurs and stakeholders need a support system in the form of institutions and research centres, with an excellent process for knowledge sharing. The researcher concludes that “innovation ecosystem” is responsible for innovations, which would help in growth and survival of entrepreneurs.

The researcher has used grounded theory and used participant observation and in-depth interviews as a part of qualitative study. The researcher identified a political party, which is emerging and growing. This party has emerged recently and therefore it is spreading its organization. The researcher studied the work culture and tried to identify key elements based on grounded theory methodology. The researcher has presented propositions based on the study for further studies. The main propositions are that the members of the political organization try to spread ideology among people, openly welcome new members, show optimism and aggression in their approach to spread the organization and use innovative media to spread their thoughts and connect with each other. They have frequent meetings to give shape to the organization.
