The central storage server holds all the files and tracks modifications. Every time a contributor publishes changes through the server, the change is remembered.

Team up and work together on the same file

The Teams add-on enables team members to work together on the same project without the risk of losing data or multiple out-of-sync versions. Besides that, teammates can compare different revisions of the same file.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers!

Is Teams add-on available in all plans?

Teams is available as an add-on only for the business IDA Pro plans (or IDA Pro with a Classroom discount).

Teams add-on needs to be purchased separately for the Essential and Expert 2-4-6 plans. However, it's included in the Ultimate plan at no extra cost.

Teams add-on is not available for IDA Classroom, IDA Home and IDA Free.

Can I buy a Teams add-on at any point during my active subscription?

Yes, you can buy a Teams add-on later on at any time when your subscription remains active.

What does it mean that Teams is an add-on?

As of September 30, 2024, IDA Teams will no longer be sold as a separate product. As Hex-Rays adopts a subscription-based licensing model, the Teams functionality is still available to users, but as an add-on to any version of IDA Pro, which needs to be purchased on top of IDA Pro.

I have IDA TEAMS license. How can I upgrade to IDA 9.0?

The capabilities offered by the current “IDA TEAMS” product will only be available through the “Teams” add-on that can be purchased along with our IDA Pro subscription plans.

As a user with active IDA TEAMS license, you can migrate to IDA 9.0 under special conditions. Check our migration FAQ for guidance on transitioning to the new IDA Pro subscription plans, including the paid 'Teams' add-on.
