Norms.

  • work hard, play hard โ€” we work in the day, play at night and on most weekends ๐Ÿ™‚
  • unconventional โ€” we do crazy mind-bending research, projects that make cool impact, or found our own companies
  • vulnerable & wholesome โ€” we are thoughtful people who actually want to get to know each other deeply, not just do work

What we do.

  • Create a family of unconventional, exceptional people โœจ
  • Work 50 hour weeks, but keep time to fuck around and have fun on evenings + weekends ๐Ÿ„
    • Most of us are working on our own projects!
  • Get together for a one month house and establish a repeatable playbook for future houses
  • We set intention: a specific project or deliverable that we are working towards for the month

Our Credo.

  • mission-driven โ€” we work to meaningfully impact the world, starting with values not money
  • connection-driven โ€” we care deeply about creating meaningful connections
  • unconventional - we take unconventional paths to create the world we want to live in.
  • insatiably curious โ€” we are excited to deeply understand what we and others care about, explore the culture around us, and pursue the novel even if it might fail
  • ALL IN โ€” when things get rough, we stick it through

The Basics

Our house is open to anyone regardless of circumstance, so all we aim to subsidize a portion of the house expenses! That said, we hope each member can contribute to the house logistics in some way: either by asking fundraisers for money, taking point on a house chore, or owning a logistical task. Weโ€™ll provide you with the materials, resources, and know-how to do so, and are happy to offer flexibility! Guests up to one week are also welcome to visit (just double check with any resident!), for longer than that make sure to ask us in advance.
