Research is still limited but some smaller studies show it may help with improved labour outcomes, strengthen the uterus, decrease PMS (if you aren’t pregnant) & has been recommended by midwives for years in the third trimester!  how i prepare it:  • cold brew is my favourite method after trying a few (I fill as mason jar with filtered water and add 1-2 teabags, letting it sit in the fridge overnight) •1/3 cup raspberries, mashed# •1/2-1 lemon, juiced • 1-2 tsp maple syrup •lots of ice!
