Mill and its application in the context of arranged marriages at Sunan Giri Islamic Boarding School in Salatiga. Furthermore, the purpose of this research is to analyse an arranged marriage that occurs in an Islamic boarding school using the theory of utilitarianism presented by J.S. Mill. The research applied is field research with a qualitative method that is descriptive analytical, and uses a phenomenological approach using J.S Mill's theory. Data was collected through interviews conducted with the parties involved both online and offline, which in this case is the Kiai of the pesantren or Abah Rikul and senior students and students who have been successfully matched. It was found that in terms of the causes and effects of matchmaking that occurred in line with the ultimate goal to be achieved by utilitarianism. The results showed that the arranged marriage that occurred at Pondok Sunan Giri was actually to maintain the principles of utilitarianism, namely as follows: a) In the aspect of usefulness that arranged marriages are actually to maintain the dignity of the santri themselves. b) Then in the aspect of justice, that arranged marriages that occur at the cottage are democratic in which the final decision holder is fully in the approval of the prospective bride and groom, c) Then then there are individual interests. As a basic capital, to serve in the community, d) Then the last is the public interest. In this case it is contained in the purpose of matchmaking where according to Abah Rikul the matchmaking must be able to have a positive effect on the benefit of as many people as possible.

This stigma persists since it is accompanied by propaganda that Islamic sharia is contrary to human rights and is barbaric. Specifically, the Special Region of Aceh Province, with its special label and special autonomy based on Law No. 44 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of the Privileges of Aceh, strengthened by Law No. 18 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy, Law No. 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh, and part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of Helsinki bargaining, is permitted to apply Islamic law, including the issue of jinayat. This research's object was the implementation of Qanun Jinayat in Langsa City to find out how it is implemented and how it protects the rights of minorities. Included in the field research category, this study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and field observations. The result revealed that the enforcement of the Qanun Jinayat in Langsa City is concerned about human rights norms, does not interfere with the rights of minorities, and they even feel happy since the Qanun's norm is also regulated in their holy book.

Abstact Under the terms of marriage in the hands surfaced after Act 1 of 1974 on Marriage became effective on 1 October 1975. Marriages like this is basically the opposite of marriage conducted according to law. Meanwhile, according to the law of marriage is regulated in the Marriage Law. It can therefore be formulated that marriage under the marriage hand is done not according to the law. And marriage do not legally considered illegal marriage, so it was not a legal effect, seeks legal recognition and protection.

Stocks are investment products that are chosen by many investors because they are able to provide an attractive level of profit. In Islam, investment is a muamalah activity that is highly recommended because by investing the assets you have become productive and also bring benefits to others. This study aims to analyze the effect of understanding, income and religiosity on investment interest in students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas either partially or simultaneously. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach with the type of survey research. The data used in the form of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires) to 130 respondents and secondary data in the form of a profile of the research place, namely the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Economics and Business Faculty. The primary data obtained were tested with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, Ttest and F-test. The results of this study indicate that partially understanding has a positive effect on investment interest in students of the Sultan's Islamic Economics and Business Faculty. Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas with a coefficient value of 0.393 and a t-count value of 4.487. Income has a positive effect on interest in investing in students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas with a coefficient value of 0.307 and a t value of 2.549. Meanwhile, religiosity has no effect on interest in investing in students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty, Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas, with a t-value of 1.349. Simultaneously understanding, income, and religiosity have a positive effect on interest in investing in students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas with an F count of 23,017.

Tujuan dan permasalahan yang dibincangkan dalam artikel ini adalah melihat bagaimana peluang autonomi daerah yang telah diberikan oleh kerajaan Indonesia kepada negeri Aceh dapat digunakan sepenuhnya untuk melaksanakan sistem perbankan Islam. Kajian ini digarap berasaskan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif semula. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah Aceh yang terkenal dengan negeri serambi mekkah ini mengalami keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaan sistem perbankan Islam walaupun sebenarnya pada tarikh 16 Julai 2008 telah disahkan Undang-undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah sebagai landasan hukum tersendiri bagi bank syariah di Indonesia namun Qanun Aceh yang mengatur tentang sistem kewangan Islam baru muncul pada tahun 2018. The presence of BRILink agents really helps the community to take advantage of banking services as needed. In addition, BANK BRI also invites its customers to become BRILink agents, so that they can serve banking transactions to the public, just like coming to a bank or ATM machine. The convenience offered by BRILink to the public raises a separate problem in setting tariffs at the agent level, where BRILink agents have uniform tariffs for their customer transactions. The research tries to reveal the reasons for the difference in tariffs in transactions in each BRILink agent in the Repaking Village, Wonosamodro District, Boyolali Regency and reviews how the fee scheme is in the concept of Islamic Law.

Hukum Islam sudah tertinggal oleh hukum Barat. Bangsa Eropa yang dahulu mengenal peradaban dan pikiran Yunani berkat jasa para ilmuwan Arab-Islam, justru telah lebih maju dari dunia Islam, baik dari segi ekonomi, politik, budaya, maupun hukumnya. Banyaknya negara-negara yang bermunculan di dunia Islam, sejak berakhirnya perang dunia kedua, termasuk Republik Indonesia, yang notabene berpenduduk terbesar muslim di dunia, namun tetap memakai hukum Barat, baik perdata maupun pidana. Hanya aspek hukum keluargalah seperti perkawinan, perceraian, pembagian warisan dan perwakafan yang masih diterapkan itupun dengan berbagai modifikasi.

Under the terms of marriage in the hands surfaced after Act 1 of 1974 on Marriage became effective on 1 October 1975. Marriages like this is basically the opposite of marriage conducted according to law. Meanwhile, according to the law of marriage is regulated in the Marriage Law. It can therefore be formulated that marriage under the marriage hand is done not according to the law. And marriage do not legally considered illegal marriage, so it was not a legal effect, seeks legal recognition and protection.

langsung kepasar modal sebagai praktisi, maupun menjadi jembatan
pengetahuan bagi orang-orang yang belum mengetahui keberadaan

sangat berbeda dengan situasi dan kondisi hukum Islam
pada masa Rasulullah, sampai masa keemasannya. Hukum
Islam sudah tertinggal oleh hukum Barat. Bangsa Eropa
yang dahulu mengenal peradaban dan pikiran Yunani
berkat jasa para ilmuwan Arab-Islam, justru telah lebih
maju dari dunia Islam, baik dari segi ekonomi, politik,
budaya, maupun hukumnya.
Banyaknya negara-negara yang bermunculan di
dunia Islam, sejak berakhirnya perang dunia kedua,
termasuk Republik Indonesia, yang notabene berpenduduk
terbesar muslim di dunia, namun tetap memakai hukum
Barat, baik perdata maupun pidana. Hanya aspek hukum
keluargalah seperti perkawinan, perceraian, pembagian
warisan dan perwakafan yang masih diterapkan itupun
dengan berbagai modifikasi.
