 PENDAHULUAN
 Tumor pada sekum dan kolon ascendens merupakan
lesi yang pada umumnya berkembang dari polip yang
meluas ke lumen, kemudian menembus dinding
kolon dan jaringan sekitarnya. Penyebaran tumor
terjadi secara limfogenik, hematogenik atau anak
sebar.
 Definisi
Tumor sekum merupakan salah satu dari keganasan
pada kolon dan rektum yang khusus menyerang
bagian sekum yang terjadi akibat gangguan proliferasi
sel epitel yang tidak terkendali.

 Komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi yaitu obstruksi

50% dari seluruh pasien mengalami kekambuhan
