According to the 11.2 target of UN SDG “Sustainable cities and communities” to provide access to safe, affordable, accessible, and sustainable transport systems for all, the aim of the paper presented was to investigate accessibility and connectivity of urban territories by public transport systems. The main emphasis of the research was directed at transport infrastructure, which can be seen as sustainable, including public transport. The quality of life in a large city is determined by the ability to get from one destination to another quickly and efficiently. To implement this task a methodology has been developed to assess the connectivity and accessibility of urban areas. The method, based on an intermodal transport graph, is presented as an example of assessing accessibility and connectivity in different districts of Saint Petersburg (Russia), Helsinki (Finland), Stockholm (Sweden), and Amsterdam (Netherlands). The results...

Particular attention is paid to the concepts of accessibility” and “inclusion” as form-building elements of the inclusive environment of museums, the concepts of “disability”, “limited opportunities” and “special needs” that characterize certain groups of citizens. These concepts are considered in the discourse of social inculturation. An analysis of the best inclusive practices in cultural institutions of the city of Saint Petersburg, the results of studies of museums in the city of Saint Petersburg according to the criteria of accessibility is presented.

It was found that movement to the egalitarianism within the ethnic culture results in gender asymmetry, in changing of traditional gender roles, and tendency to masculinity of women and femininity of men. Demands of traditional culture support preservation of the concordance of biological sex and gender behavior. Strong differentiation of gender roles in family relations restricts possibility of professional self-realization for women. Gender relations differ substantially in ethnic-culture of Russians and ethnic-cultures of people of Northern Caucuses, Tatarstan, Yakutia. In ethnic culture of Russians more gender asymmetry is observed than in other cultures on the territory of the Russian State.

This paper presents the results of research on the spatio-temporal patterns of atmospheric droughts as one of the most important factors hindering the formation of crop yields. The influence of several potential predictors characterizing teleconnection in the coupled “atmosphere–ocean” system and cosmic-geophysical factors affecting their formation is analyzed. The spatial relationships between atmospheric aridity at the individual stations of the investigated area and the wheat yield in Kazakhstan as well as its relationships with potential predictors were determined using econometric methods. High correlation was shown between wheat yield fluctuations and Multivariate El-Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO), galactic cosmic radiation, solar activity, and atmospheric drought ex...
